1﹒ I retain full rights to my work.2﹒ the commissions I create are DIGITAL and you therefore will not receive a physical item.3﹒ all digital item sales are final and are therefore non-refundable. please ensure you have the funds before you make your purchase.4﹒ I will draw: in my regular style and chibi style, humans (all genders), animals, you, your OC’s, a loved one, etc.5﹒ I won’t draw: without a reference, realism, NSFW (underwear, or mildly lewd is okay!), gore, furries (ears and tail are okay!), mechanical / complex designs, NFTs!!!

process

1﹒ 100% of payment must be made before I begin your commission.2﹒ payments are accepted through Ko‑fi using their available payment methods.3﹒ prices shown are in GBP, so keep this in mind when budgeting for your commission!4﹒ please allow up to 60 days from the date of your full payment for the finished commission to be delivered — this is to allow for any unprecedented issues such as: power cuts, work commitments, bad health, etc. if so, I'll inform you of any delays via the contact details provided.5﹒ I may contact you for more info, refs, or to share process pics during this time, so please ensure all contact details are correct.6﹒ you may request 2 small minimal changes for free, but anything more complex or detailed will incur additional fees.

usage

1﹒ commissions are for personal use (unless otherwise agreed upon through a commercial, or commercial plus licence contract) and cannot be copied, edited, filtered, traced, resold, or otherwise reproduced.2﹒ you may use your commission as your social media icon (twitter, instagram, etc.) as long as credit is given in your bio/description — for example: icon by @patreeceart3﹒ you are more than welcome to share the finished piece onto your socials, as long as credit is given in the original post/tweet.4﹒ commercial and commercial plus licences will only be valid once full payment is received, therefore forming a contract between the client and artist.5﹒ a commercial licence allows you to use the commission as an icon, overlay, or promotional image on twitch, and other platforms where you may financially gain.6﹒ a commercial plus license allows you to develop the commission into merchandise (clothing and apparel, stationery, prints, stickers, digital downloads) and other promotional material such as business logos/graphics, website assets, adverts, etc.7﹒ if you want to use your commission for something that requires re-sizing or editing, please contact me beforehand. I can create re-sized copies of your commission in high-definition quality for a small fee.8﹒ if you would like to add a commercial or commercial plus licence onto an existing commission, please contact me to discuss this.9﹒ commissions cannot ever, under any circumstance, be adapted into NFTs, or be used to train AI/ML models. this is strictly prohibited.

refund

1﹒ due to commissions being personalised, I am unable to provide refunds once the commission has been delivered.2﹒ if for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, a 100% refund will be given.3﹒ if you need to cancel your commission (within 24 hours of the initial purchase), a 50% refund will be given.

other

1﹒ I regularly upload sketches, previews, and finished commissions onto my social media. if you do not wish for your commission to be public, this will incur an additional fee.2﹒ I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I'm not in a position to complete it.3﹒ if you have any questions, please reach out via my provided contact info.
